Please note that when weight is added, the arms will tilt inward.

For optimal usage, only attach the Jammer Arms to 2.35” x 2.35” upright poles with 1” mounting holes. It is essential to install this accessory on the outer side of your cage or rack, without weights on the weight plate holder. Secure the weights with a barbell collar for safety. Ideal for various sports like bodybuilding, powerlifting, and martial arts.

Crafted from durable 11-gauge steel, rubber, and painted black with a low gloss, powder-coated finish, the Jammer Arms are built to last. Each set includes two Jammer Arms, two handles, two weight plate sleeves, two pins with clips, four bolts, four hex head nuts, eight washers, two O-rings, and four stoppers. All necessary hardware and instructions are included for easy assembly.

The product specifications include overall dimensions of 6.25” x 24.5” x 39”, with handles measuring 11” x 9” x 1”, weight plate loading arms at 11” x 2” diameter, locks and pins at 5.5” x 0.5” diameter, and rubber stoppers at 2” x 3” x 1”.
