In the package, you will find 1 wall-mounted pull-up bar. To install it, you will need a 12mm drill bit for the bolts (equivalent to a 3/8 drill bit). Please note that the included hardware for mounting is only suitable for concrete/brick applications. If you plan to hang it on drywall, you will need to purchase additional hardware such as lag screws and wood.

To ensure the proper installation of the product, it should be mounted on a concrete brick/solid cement wall/solid red brick wall/solid tile wall. It is not recommended to install it on a hollow brick wall/honeycomb brick wall/drywall/sandwich panel. Extra hardware is required for drywall/stud mounting.

You can easily find all the necessary supplies at Lowe's, including lag screws and wood for mounting. Simply install it with your own lag bolts directly into your studs and add a 1x4 piece of wood when it's in the dip position. For drywall installations, a wood/plywood/board backing is required to protect the sheetrock.
